Please note that no player or coach may participate without a valid USA Hockey number.  In addition all coaches and managers must be compliant with Coaching Education and Safesport guidelines as well.  All Coaches should submit a CORI form with Photo ID every 2 years to the Registrar.

Please note that pursuant to USA Hockey regulations, the Bay State Breakers support Safesport guidelines to the best of our ability by requiring all Coaches and Managers to complete a Safesport Education class every 2 years.
